Who We Are

The Noahide Community of Chicago is a faith based 501 3(C) public charity. Our primary purpose is rooted in the Seven Universal Laws. through them we are given the mission of making the world a better place by helping to build strong stable communities through habilitation, rehabilitation, restoration education and the dissemination of information to individuals and groups. We do this through public outreach, individual program initiatives, and varied social service provisions.
We seek to promote economic, educational, artistic and health and growth initiatives to the individuals, communities, and nations of the world by teaching of the unification of mankind to the oneness of HaShem and the universal understanding that all people, places and things are unified in that one source. We seek that every person should find the root of that source within himself or herself and strive to elevate themselves and the world to a place where the knowledge, wisdom, and spirit, of the Creator will permeate all things.

About Us
We believe that every human being has the potential to be an asset to the world. Each person carries within them the ability to contribute to the fulfillment, growth, and betterment of society. Guided by this vision, we embrace the responsibility to elevate sparks of goodness and kindness wherever they are found, working to create a more just, compassionate, and peaceful world. By living with purpose and service, we make this world a fitting dwelling place for all, including HaShem.
This organization was founded in memory of Pauline Anne Ray, a devoted mother and grandmother whose life was marked by love, resilience, and care for others. Pauline passed from this life in 2024, but her legacy of compassion continues to inspire the work we do each day. To honor her memory, one of her children—our founder, a member of the Noahide faith—made a solemn commitment to build an organization dedicated to making the world a better place.
Our mission is rooted in both remembrance and action. We carry forward Pauline’s values by reaching beyond ourselves, engaging in community outreach, and supporting efforts that uplift individuals and families. Through programs designed to foster personal growth, promote fairness, and strengthen communities, we aim to build pathways for hope and opportunity.
At our core, we are more than an organization; we are a movement of service and legacy. By uniting people around the timeless principles of kindness, justice, and responsibility, we strive to create lasting impact—one life, one family, and one community at a time.
In honoring the memory of Pauline Anne Ray, we are committed to transforming her spirit of love into a living force for good, ensuring that her light continues to shine in the world for generations to come.
